The Wave Rock Lakeside Resort has been developed to cater for the visitor who would like to get away from it all in a home away from home.

There are fourteen two bedroom cottages (including one with disabled facilities) situated on the shores of Lake Magic, one kilometre north of Wave Rock.

 


 These colonial style brick cottages are self-contained, sleeping a maximum of eight people.  Each contains:

  • two bedrooms
  • private bathroom
  • an open lounge and dining area
  • fully equipped kitchen
  • reverse-cycle air-conditioning
  • TV and DVD Player
  • telephone facilities

Lake Magic is a naturally occurring salt and gypsum lake.  The water is clean and clear, with beach sand around the perimeter.  It is very safe, though children must be supervised.  Catamaran yachts, dingy and canoe are available for guest use during busy season. 

Guests are also welcome to make use of the swimming pool at the Wave Rock Caravan Park, and the facilities at the Wave Rock Motel, including gym, relaxation lounge, bar and restaurants.

Future plans include private jacuzzis on some verandahs, tennis court, swimming pool and picnic area.

 

Facilities For The Disabled

Grounds of the Wave Rock Resort have tended shrubs, shade trees, wildflowers, bbq facilities, beach shower.  Cottages are secure (yes, there's a tank on guard) and serviced.
